Our villa consists of 2 master bedrooms with ensuite and 2 twin rooms (sharing bathroom) but can accommodate 10 as the sofa is also a bed and is therefore perfect for two families sharing. Just 15 minutes from Disney and just over one hour's drive to Florida's east and west coastlines, you'll find the location ideal. Just around the corner and less than a 5 minutes walk is Regal Palms where our guests can use the club house bar and restaurant. You will also find transportation here to many of the theme parks, shopping malls & Orlando's major attractions. This transportation is available to our guests at a small cost and details, time table etc, can be found at the Regal Palms reception desk. Within a 5 - 10 minute walk of our villa is Berry Town Centre where you will find bars, restaurants and a Publix supermarket. As well as the excellent restaurants at Berry Town we can recommend these restaurants that are within a short drive. If you fancy a game of golf you won't have far to travel as an 18 hole championship golf course meanders through the community and our villa is only 2 minutes from the club house. We are only 5 minutes away from another 4 magnificent 18 hole, award winning golf courses, making it the perfect location for the keen golfer. You'll find our beautifully furnished home with many extras and upgrades, including Games Room, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the true Florida lifestyle. Highlands Reserve also boasts excellent communal facilities for your pleasure.
