Florida is widely known as the golf capital of the world and has many excellent courses.The year round weather is a golfer's dream and with the sun on your shoulders playing is all the more enjoyable. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 72, championship course and it meanders through our community starting and ending at the excellent club house which offers drinks and snacks.This is not your typical Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Conveniently located just minutes from Disney and all major attractions, Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a Central Florida favorite! Orlando continues to add to its world famous theme park attractions. Discovery Cove announced the addition of a new attraction, The Grand Reef, opening summer 2011. The Grand Reef will feature multiple levels of exploration from white sandy beaches and hammocks swaying in the breeze to snorkeling among canyons.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay announced the addition of a new high-speed coaster called Cheetah Hunt in spring 2011. The coaster will use the force of repelling magnets to launch riders from 0 to 60 mph (96 kph) in a matter of seconds.

These gorgeous beaches have so much to offer, from jet ski-ing, parasailing, wind surfing, speed boating or just relaxing and soaking up the sun, there is something for everyone.
